5.Cause of occurrence:

The governments of Zhejiang, Jiangsu and Guangdong province decided to postpone the holidays until 24:00, Feb. 9^th, 2020 for providing measures against Wuhan pneumonia. The subsidiaries mentioned above will change the starting work date from Feb. 3th, 2020 to Feb. 10^th, 2020 in according to the measures against 2019-nCoV (Wuhan coronavirus). So far there is no any great impact on financial statement of the group.
