Taking "safety production and occupational health" as the theme, this meeting analyzed the current situation and problems of safety production in foundry industry from multiple levels and angles, invited excellent enterprises to explain their corresponding solutions, and provided valuable experience for further implementation of safety production in foundry enterprises.

At the opening ceremony, director Hou Xi, vice chairman Wen Ping, vice chairman Cai Jinlong and vice chairman Cai Shugen delivered speeches respectively.

In his speech, Cai Jinlong, vice chairman, said that the geometric center of the triangle of Liyang is located in the Nanjing metropolitan area, with superior geographical location. It has won more than ten honorary titles including national ecological city, national health city and national environmental protection model city. During the 13th Five Year Plan period, Liyang is speeding up its positioning as the most beautiful sub central city in the Nanjing Hangzhou eco economic belt.

Vice President Wen Ping pointed out in his speech that China foundry has a history of five thousand years. Foundry is the first process of machinery manufacturing industry, an important guarantee for the innovation and development of many host products and high-end technical equipment, and an indispensable basic position in the development of national economy. Since 2000, the production of castings has been ranking the first in the world for 17 consecutive years, and it is a real foundry country, but It is not yet a founding power. He pointed out the safety production problems faced by the foundry industry, summed up the next work direction of China Foundry Association, and proposed that industry enterprises, experts, research institutions, upstream and downstream enterprises work together to overcome difficulties, persevere, forge ahead, and make new and greater contributions to the safety, health and green development of the foundry industry.

Director Hou Xi summarized in his speech that the foundry industry belongs to the industry with high safety risk in the machinery industry and was once included in the high-risk industry. Enterprises should improve their own safety management system through the dual prevention mechanism, and the responsibility system of risk identification and control should be broken down and implemented to the workshop, team and staff one by one. Safety is an investment, and safety is benefit. I hope China Foundry Association can continue to hold a good banner for safe production of foundry enterprises, and carry forward the excellent platform of exchange and discussion.

Cai Shugen, vice chairman of the board of directors, said in his speech that Yongguan group, as the current chairman of the safety production and Occupational Health Working Committee of China Foundry Association, will set an example, further improve its own safety production system, actively communicate and share relevant experience with industry colleagues, fulfill the obligations of the chairman, and promote the orderly development of various work of the safety working committee.

Safety is one of the necessary conditions for the survival and development of an enterprise, and it is an eternal topic. In the theme report stage, experts combined with their own many years of safety work experience, supplemented by wonderful PPT and detailed explanation, brought an audio-visual feast on safety to the participants.

The meeting also organized representatives to visit Jiangsu Hengli Hydraulic Co., Ltd., Changzhou Langrui Casting Co., Ltd., Kehua Holding Co., Ltd. and Jiangsu gangrui Precision Machinery Co., Ltd. of Yongguan group for on-the-spot study. Through on-the-spot explanation, the representatives could have a more intuitive understanding of the details of work safety.
