"Yongguan group EHS cultural exchange meeting (the third time)" was held in Shanghai, and the meeting was a complete success!

The third EHS cultural exchange meeting of Yongguan group was held in Suzhou Shanghai Machine Tool Foundry Co., Ltd. from December 4 to 5, 2018. Participants: there are 22 full-time EHS personnel from all factories, who attended the meeting.

1. According to the contents of the training of Huanyi teachers, observe the understanding and implementation of each factory after the training and study through the way of meeting and communication;

2. By checking the actual effect achieved by each factory, it is proposed that the deficiencies of the inspected factory should be rectified in time. Meanwhile, for the part with good observation, it can be self-improvement compared with the current situation of its own factory;

3. Realize resource sharing. EHS personnel of each plant have implemented the learning content in their own plants. However, there are still differences in the direction and degree of learning and understanding of their own plants. Therefore, resource sharing can be realized through exchange learning activities;

This meeting takes "EHS cultural exchange meeting" as the theme, gives full play to the group's advantages, embodies the spirit of team cooperation (the fourth stage of Bradley curve). Through thematic discussion and mutual exchange of experience, EHS personnel can learn from each other's strengths and make up for their weaknesses, so as to improve their own capabilities and experience in the exchange.
